Spring is in the air, but the real estate market as a whole is still unstable. There are many people who are still hesitant about the real estate market until the economy stabilized. There are pockets such as Johns Creek that seem to be moving better than others but personally, I have not seen the first time homebuyer and move up tax credits really have any effect when many are afraid of job loss or now have had reduced incomes. Until more jobs are created, consumer confidence is up, and short sales and foreclosures are dealt with, I believe the marked will remain stagnant. I feel it will be another year or two until we start to see some sort of upward trends.
