Great news with regards to the Single Family Housing inventory in the Boise area. For the 10th straight month inventories have fallen. At the end of September 2011 there approx. 1600 Single Family Resale Homes available in Ada County. There were only about 700 units available for Canyon County. These are incredibly low numbers. Buyers and their agents will need to change their attitudes toward home purchases. If buyers are too picky in their selections they will simply miss out on the opportunities that do exist in the market.
