It looks like the real estate market in Lake County has finally taken a turn for the better. We are seeing more sales everyday. Most of them are short sales and foreclosures but we must get those off the market before we can start seeing the market appreciate. It looks like we have finally bottomed out.

A small downtown area that the residents support, large old houses and a beartiful lake. It is a great place for first time buyers. The unincorporated areas of Grayslake feature several newer subdivisions as well as an older community, Wildwood and Gages Lake. This is a community you will want to check our in the Lake area.
