It looks like the real estate market in Lake County has finally taken a turn for the better. We are seeing more sales everyday. Most of them are short sales and foreclosures but we must get those off the market before we can start seeing the market appreciate. It looks like we have finally bottomed out.
ZIP Code: 60031 Location Characteristics: Gurnee is famous for Six Flags, Gurnee Mills and car dealerships. There are some very nice subdivisons in Gurnee, some newer and some more established. It is close of the tollway so it has easy access to Chicago. It also borders Waukegan and is close to Il. Beach Park in Zion.
