This market is a 'Beauty Contest" in that the homes that have recent updates, upgrades and are the cleanest with no obvious maintenance issues will sell in a reasonably short period of time as long as they are priced in line with comperables. Overpriced homes, homes in need of maintenance will stay on the market for long periods of time. There is a glut of condo's on the market and selling them is complicated by more stringent FNMA requirements for condo's.
