Location Characteristics: New Orleans is going to be fine. Since Hurricane Katrina has damaged so much of this beautiful town the market is very still. But knowing so many people that live and work in Orleans Parish...I know it will be rebuilt better than every. This is a great opportunity for New Orleans to have a fresh start.
