Clinton is a great location for a short commute to the D.C. area Military bases, Baltimore, Washington DC. and Virginia. But yet outside the beltway and metro area enough to be able to relax and enjoy our parks, country settings and SOUTHERN MARYLAND CHARM, without having to drive too far.

The AVERAGE HOME PRICE sold in Clinton. in 2007 was $377,000. Compared to $380,000 in 2006. As of the end of December 2007 there have been just over 305 homes sold this year, to 599 homes sold in 2006. Selling at the rate of around 25 homes a month in 2007, and 50 a month in 2006. These numbers show that the Clinton home value sold average has only fallen slightly. Even though the total number of homes sold this year has fallen. The average values of homes sold are still up and strong. Clinton is still an attractive market for home purchases and sales in the D.C. metro regions. Especially those who work in the city and would prefer a shorter commute in. Right now buyers are in a good negotiating position. Come see if Clinton has something for you.
