Crofton is one of the first markets in Anne Arundel county that might be experiencing a rebound. The best prepared and priced homes (especially single family homes) are selling in days, not weeks and they are commanding top dollar. Home sellers who are trying to achieve last year's prices are languiing on the market regardless of their preparation. Single family home inventory is low and we are seeing some pent up demand. It will be interesting to watch this trend in Crofton home sales to see if we really are on our way back from the dismal sales of the past few years.
