Fort Washington offers a wide range of housing options and prices with single-family detached homes starting in the $100,000s to more than $1.5 million for large luxury homes and estates. Its many upscale subdivisions feature homes on gated, tree-lined lots, brick Colonials as well as condominiums and townhome properties.

In June, 33 homes were sold with list prices averaging $267,825. There are 370 active listings with an average list price of $326,595. Opportunities abound for buyers who wish to purchase land for individual home construction or combined farm/ranch development.
