The trend over the past year has been and remains a buyers market. The statistics for the end of 2009, look promising, inventory of homes available is down with a slight (3%) increase in price. Availability of lender owned and short sale homes are definitely down, giving great promise to a return to a more stable housing market. Now if more people return to work, the market of housing should continue to improve in 2010.
