Sales are down in Maple Lake, but holding steady. In April 3 homes sold from the MLS, compared to 7 for the same time period in 2011. The average price was $169,000 compared to $108,000 at this time last year. The price per square foot was $83, compared to $64 last year at this time. What does this mean? Sales are chugging along, and in many cases find great deals from motivated sellers. The most affordable homes are selling—so buyers give me a call and take advantage of the situation.
