"The change in activity from fall into winter isn't looking overly positive at this time in regards to overall activity. Most experts say some level of improvement in marketplace today is nearer to spring market because we'll be far enough away from the tax credit at that time. We'll come back to a cyclical market and people will be looking to purchase again."
