This report is for single family homes (not mobile or condo homes) sold through the Realtors' MLS system only. Private sales have not been tracked. Of the 47 homes currently on the market, 2 are sale pending (which is only 2%), which is certainly not great, but better than last month. The average price has also dropped severely, but I don't expect that will continue much longer. There is great interest in the town of Gorham, its lifestyle, and its schools, so I wouldn't be surprised to see these numbers change in the very near future.
