The number of listings continue to fall. Now at only 147. This compares to 202 last April.
Also the number of sold properties increased to 25 and the number going under contract was up as well at 42 compared to 35 for April of last year.
The lower inventory will continue to impact pricing as well as the number of choices available.

The numbers of properties going under contract in ABQ continue on an accelerated track. For the past seven months now the number of homes going into a pending status has realized a 20% - 30% increase over the same month of the previous year. We can point to continued low interest rates for mortgages actually having dipped below 4% during the month. Home values are beginning to rise too with the average for non distressed homes now over $217,000.
