We are experiencing a very difficult market, prices are still under pressure, despite low mortgage rates. Since alot of our sales are vacation homes, the desire to buy a discretionary home is tough. We have an uncomfortable feeling for the next year or so, and are concerned that inflation & interest rates will eventually rise, putting even more pressure on the existing inventory.
