As in all of Westchester it is a buyers market. Prices have come down a bit over the past couple of years but have finally stabilized now. Croton is a quaint little village on the Hudson. Comfortable country living but near everything. Many different styles of single family homes condos and coops in a wide variety of price ranges. Commute to Manhattan is around 45 minutes.
