Right now our properties listing supply and demand ratios are still indicating more sellers in the market (18%) than number of buyers available for most price ranges..... with the exception of the first time buyer range. (stable) Most all Buyers are strongly favoring homes that are in outstanding condition over those needing updating or a lot of work ... overwhelmingly!
