There are still buyers wanting to live in Perinton. There are fewer homes available in the first time home buyer range and we have seen home prices holding steady in this category. There appears to be indications of quite some inventory accumulation in all other price points. (approximately 20% more homes on the market than last year at this time)
Buyers are strongly favoring homes that are in outstanding condition over those needing updating or a lot of work ... overwhelmingly.
