Towards the end of 2011 sales have slowed somewhat due to the season. However, buyers overall seem to feel more confident and mortgage interest rates are still low. This does not mean that prices have come up significantly but they pretty much have stabilized. And again, houses that are priced for this market and are in very good condition are selling much faster than the competion... and some of these prime properties are getting more than one offer. If this trend persists I expect sales volume to grow from quarter to quarter throughout 2012 and we may even see some slight appreciation in home prices.
