Location Characteristics: The Ballantyne area is unique in that it has a public golf course as well as the exclusive Ballantyne Country Club. The Club is a private golf course community that is extremely family oriented. The children have their own Clubhouse featuring movies, parties, sports and other interactive activities. Business and retail has slowed over the past year or so but is steadily, slowly picking up. The area Resort/Spa and Fitness centers are second to none in the area.
