Appreciation has slipped back year to date in certain neighborhoods by 5%. Homes are selling inside of 120 days for the most part and the area is still a very attractive suburban destination. Good future appreciation potential if you buy in the right neighborhood. Current economy has resulted in a softening of prices and/or time on the market. Different price points have different sale trends. Some good foreclosure bargains out there for the buyers ready to take action.
