The Lake Norman area had an increase in the average home sales price for the month of April of 2.5% over April 2010, from $416,918 to $427,334. The average sales price year-to-date is also up slightly, from $405,670 to $406,793 over the same period last year.
Home sales in April 2011 saw an increase of 12.6% over April 2010. Year-to-date home sales are up 1.3% from 2010.
