Lincoln County has a small town feel of main street life, with a population of approximately 70,000. Lincoln County has the joys of Lake Living with boating and lots of other recreational activities. With its upscale homes, commercial development, and easy commute to Charlotte, Lincoln County is an ideal place to call home.

Since April 15, 2009- July 15, 2009, homes average 127 days on the market and 226 homes sold. The median sales price is $191,532 and the average home is 1,974 square feet.

Majority of the growth is on the east side of Lincoln County affecting Denver and Stanley, while a majority of the west side including Lincolnton has had more of a trickle effect. With Lincoln Medical Center planning a major expansion growth in Lincoln County will be on the rise.
