There is a 9 month supply of homes on the market given this rate of sales. The sales price on average is $335,622 for a 2700 square foot home with three bedrooms, 2 baths.
Approximate Location Boundaries: Southeast Charlotte would be the real estate areas 4, 5 and 6. Roughly it is bounded by South Blvd on the East side and extends to Independence Boulevard and out to the county line.
Location Characteristics: South Charlotte has typically been very popular and has seen very good appreciation. There are neighborhoods in different price ranges in Southeast Charlotte but it is a relatively expensive side of town.
