A review of MLS sales statistics through the first 10months of 2009 shows a 12.5% decline in the number of closings but a nice 6.4% increase in average sale price compared to the same period of last year.
In 2008, Bexley had a 12.9% decline in the number of closings. The average sale price was also off 3.9% from the '07 figures.
