In the City of Fairview Park, as of March 30, there are 89 homes FOR SALE. The least expensive home listed at $29,900 and the highest at $349,900.
During this past month, 26 homes have gone under contract which have not yet transferred.
In March, 12 homes have SOLD with an average Sale Price of $123,000. The lowest Sale Price was $42,000 and the highest $250,000. The average market time is 128 days.
My opinion for this month: Fairview Park continues to maintain a neutral market. The number of home sales have increasedd, while the average sale price has remained the same. Rates are still historically low, around 4% and lenders have begun to loosen their mortgage guidelines. However, with concerns over unemployment and/or a new wave of foreclosures, there remains much caution with consumers. For these reasons, my opinion is that we are in a neutral market.
