Housing The demand under $245,000 is stronger while higher priced home sales are soft. Suburban growth has appeared rapidly in areas contiguous to the US Route 23 and Polaris Parkway corridors. Many mid and upscale communities have also been established near Alum Creek Reservoir and State Park
