During this month, 29 homes have gone under contract and are currently pending.
In March, 24 homes have SOLD with an average Sale Price of $158,000. The lowest Sale Price was $26,000 and the highest at $570,000. The average market time is 104 days.
My opinion for this month: Rocky River continues to exhibit signs of a stabilizing market and has shown a healthy increas in the number of sales. Although there has been a decrease in the average sale price, the market remains neutral. Rates are still historically low, around 4% and lenders have begun to loosen their mortgage guidelines. However, with concerns over unemployment and/or a new wave of foreclosures, there remains much caution with consumers.

- Mortgage RATES are at a record year low, hovering around 4.05%.
