Westerville City Schools are repeatedly recognized for having "What Parents Want" by School/Match, Inc. and are the recipients of 15 BEST (Building Excellent Schools for Today and the 21st Century) awards for innovative educational programs, as well as three Seeds of Change awards and a Pacesetter designation. Approximately 60% of Westerville High School graduates go on to post-secondary schooling and the award-winning School-to-Work and Tech Prep programs build strong ties between education and the community.
