Local activity in and around king City has created a strong interest and demand for local housing. It seems the "large lots" are now considered 60ft wide. In King City many of the older homes sit on 80ft plus size lots so we are seeing demand for the older homes for their lots. Examples of this can be seen along Charles and Melrose Avenues.
