The Bend Oregon Real estate market appears to be in the bottoming process, with the best homes moving quickly under $300k. I believe prices will be flat for a year or two in most neighborhoods, but the worst is behind us as far as price reductions and excessive inventory. Yes - more short sales and bank REO homes will continue to come on market, but with a cumulative 40-50% price reduction in the last 3 years, numerous buyers are waiting in the wings. As far as I am concerned, this is the year we can finally say the worst of the Bend Real Estate market is behind us.
