We are still in a buyers market with many sellers frustrated by how a long properties considered "a good deal" are sitting on the shelf. Many of the buyers are having trouble qualifying because of low wage jobs and homes sales for retiree's have dropped That being said, this year we seem to have more Oregon homebuyers and less buyers are from out of state which in the long run may bring wages up significantly
