Location Characteristics: Oregon's original Capital city and the base of operations for Clackamas County, as well as a significant historical Lewis and Clark stop. We used to live in Oregon City and I know this area well.
Clackamas County has an average income that is higher than neighboring Multnomah County. In Oregon City and surrounding area you can find a little of everything in the way of property and homes. We have view properties, horse properties, plenty of homes in developments, acreage, farm and timber deferral and more.

Oregon City is located approximately 13 miles south of Portland, Oregon, along the banks of the Willamette and Clackamas Rivers. Recreational opportunities include fishing, boating, swimming and golfing. The High School is only a few years old and considered state-of-the-art.

The Oregon City Train Station began AMTRAK train service in April 2004, following a dedication and grand opening celebration at the station. The train station platform is located at 1757 Washington street directly across from the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center. The new Oregon City stop is an addition to Amtrak's Cascade train service that currently links Seattle, Tacoma and several smaller Washington cities to Portland, Salem, Eugene and Albany, Oregon.
