Sisters medium price is in the 200K range. There are a few newer neighborhoods being built within walking distance to town. Much of the area is still zoned as large acreage. Black Butte resort and golf course is within minutes of Sisters. As with the rest of the country Bend is a Buyer's Market. Sister's home pricing has dropped to compete with the short sale and foreclosure market.
