Sun City is still the hot spot in the Bluffton market. Resales numbered 278 last year with Pulte selling approximately 125 new homes as well in this age restricted community. Prices have dropped steadily but much less percentage wise than surrounding gated properties. Short sales and forclosures have been minimal in comparison as well. Remember, it is only a buyers market if you buy!!!
