Looking to buy a house? With these historical low interest rates are low it is a good time to purchase a home.
If you have to sell and look to move and buy another home you may sell it for less than before 2008 but you are also buying low and when the market improves you have a low interest rate for 30 years and you are in the right place for values to increase.
If you wait until prices go up you are also paying more and potentially interest rates increase.

Blythewood was a small town with less than 2000 people, but it is growing quickly because of its location and abundance of available land. New businesses have established themselves and new home communities are growing everywhere. Cobblestone Park (The old University Club) is a guard gated golf community and very different from any other planned neighborhood in the Columbia market place. Blythewood has still some farms around. You will find a nice country like setting, Golf Club of SC @ Crickentree and the Columbia Country Club. There are horse properties in the Blythewood area.
