North Charleston sales continue to be larger than some areas of Greater Charleston although they are far behind last years' numbers.
There are several new communities coming out of the ground in North Charleston which, I'm sure, have helped to stimulate sales.
In the last 30 days, the numbers show 54 sales with an average price of $170,215 and a median of $146,463 The high was $699,777. The average time it took for a home to sell was 128 days as compared to 105 in the previous 30 day period.
