During the month of October, 2008 there were 24 new residential listings in and around the Black Hawk and Piedmont area compared to 30 last month. The total # of homes for sale is 116 compared to 115 last month. 14 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 10 last month. Avg. price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $193,885, up from $173,855 last month, with an average of 81 days on the market which is down from 82 days last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.83% of their asking price which is up from 96.74% last month.
