Due to fewer foreclosures coming on the market prices have slightly increased over the past few months. However, the recent harsh weather in January and February have also made the number of sales decrease. This trend should quickly reverse as Spring arrives resulting in many more sales for our market. We're already seeing an increase as we have more days with no snow.
