NASHVILLE is currently experiencing a buyer's market with prices down and inventories high. The market for homes under $500,000 remains fairly strong. Spring 2012 is seeing a rise in sales, but not necessarily in prices. Fall/Winter 2010 was a low point in sales and prices, but the market gained momentum in Fall 2011 and activity continues to increase.
