Hillwood and West Meade have seen a drop in prices since 2008 with the larger million dollar plus homes taking a little longer to sell. Home prices range anywhere from $199,000 to over $2,000,000 with average prices in the $400,000 to $600,000 range. Many beautiful new homes on large beautiful lots still hold great appeal, are mostly priced in the $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 range and are experiencing a little more activity than over the last few years. An increase in sales began in Fall 2011 and has continued through the present.
