The Brush Hill area of Inglewood continues to have many choices for Buyers to choose from. The Riverwood area of Inglewood as of this writing has very few listings to choose from. Overall the Inglewood market has held it own as far as sales. Prices are of course down but the market is stable at this point. It is definetly a buyer's market.
