Our market has benefited recently from the homebuyers' tax credit and low interest rates. In the big picture, our market is on an up-tick, also. The Knoxville area did not fall victim to bloated property values, thereby it did not fall very far under recent market conditions. While still working to clear some inventory, our market is on the right path!
