Location Characteristics: Home of Gold Medal gymnast and and a wonderful family environment. Allen has been growing and growing over the years and it has some wonderful new residential areas on both sides of the city which straddles I-75. Easy commute to Dallas and has some great shopping and restaurnats. Lots of activities for both adults and children. Allen is a very progressive city that offers homes in all price ranges. You can be in the city or in minutes be in the country from Allen. A great place to live and work.
