One hundred eighty-six homes sold here in 2008. The average price of these homes was $228,900, and average days on market was 82. In 2009, 176 homes were sold in Encino Park. Average sales price for these was $221,700, and average days on market was 105. One hundred eighty four homes sold in 2010 at an average price of $224,684; they were on the market for an average of 83 days.

In 2011 162 homes sold for an average of $219,703 after being on the market an average of 89 days. there are 41 homes on the market and 15 under contract.

So far in 2012, 33 homes have sold for an average of $219,600 after being on the market an average of 91 days. Currently there are 57 homes for sale and 28 under contract.
