The total dollar volume through July $83,930,550, up 5%. 570 homes were sold in 2007, a decrease of 14% over the same period in 2006. The average sales price of $240,200, an increase of 5%. The total dollar volume spend in Grapevine on residential real estate in 2007 was $136,914,000. The best indicator of the market is Average Days on the Market; the DOM was 45 days, up 5% from 2006.
