2011 Year to Date Market Snapshot - North Dallas/Preston Hollow
The number of sales in the North Dallas area, through October 2011 are flat to the same time last year with a 4% increase in the average sales price, with several high end luxury sales over $4,000,000. An interesting note is there is a 23% decrease in the number of homes on the market. Owners realizing they probably will not get what they want (or paid for if purchased in the last 4 years) seem to be holding off making a move.
