The area being referred to as Oak Hollow North (now known as Oak Hollow Estates) is just east of Henderson Pass, south of Thousand Oaks, west of Jones Maltsberger and bordered on the south by Fallbrook, Lovetree and Burning Trail streets. For geographical convenience, the subdivisions of Whisper Hollow and Country Oaks were also included, even though the homes in Country oaks are mostly garden homes and those homes in Whisper Hollow are somewhat newer than the rest of the area. The area is just northeast of the Turkey Creek Horse Stables and the new bridge.
Thirty-five homes sold here in 2010 . Average price was $183,931, and average days on market was 69. For 2009, there were 31 sales at an average price of $176,600. Average days on the market was 63 days. A total of 37 homes were sold in this area in 2007, and 28 in 2008.
In 2011, 30 homes sold averaging $190,741 after 88 days on the market.
So far this year 10 homes have sold for an average of $198,770 after being on the market for an average of 44 days. Currently there are 9 homes for sale and 8 under contract.

Location Characteristics: Nicely established neighborhood originally known as Oak Hollow North subdivision, now commonly called Oak Hollow Estates. Homes are mostly about 25 to 35 years old, and range in price from $130,000 to $225,000. There are some newer homes closer to Jones-Maltsberger that are valued between $200,000 and $300,000, and are about 15 to 25 years old. The entire area holds value very well, and is centrally located, about 5 miles north of the main airport out of the airport's traffic pattern.
