Condo and townhome sales in this area have increased 4% over the same time last year, with a 7% decreasee in the average sales price. Bargain hunters realize the value in this area and are taking advantage of low interest rates combined with motivated sellers.

One very important note -- occupancies and rental rates continue to increase in the neighbhorhood apartments. At some point, if these rental rates continue to increase -- tenants should consult with a professional and determine the value of renting vs. buying.
