The prices appear to have bottomed and Sellers are offering great deals. Increased activity on the part of Buyers in the area shows the consumer has recognized the opportunity. Prices are down, but with very few spec homes being built, the supply of new homes is being consumed. This may be the best time to get into the market at a great price. Interest rates are great and prices are low. Key market forces have come together and now is the time to act.
Economists point out that as the nation recovers from the economic slowdown Southern Utah is positioned to benefit more quickly than most. The area is primed for continued economic and population growth.
Long term demand for the beauty, security, and comfort of the area will keep St George and the surrounding area growing for a long time to come!
